摘要:将邻苯二胺衍生物、草酸以及催化剂Yb(OTf)3置于研钵中,不加任何溶剂,在室温下进行固相研磨,以较高的产率得到产物喹喔啉 2,3 二酮衍生物。该法反应条件温和,操作简便,且对环境友好。
Yb(OTf)_3 is found to catalyzed efficiently heterocyclization of 1,2-phenylenediamines and oxalic acid under solvent-free conditions at room temperature by grinding method to afford the corresponding quinoxaline-2, 3-diones derivatives in high yields. This synthesis is a simple, mild and environmentally friendly process.
