摘要：总结了我国自2004年以来的土地调控政策,通过近几年的土地政策作用、效果等分析,说明了政府采取政策的及时有效,同时也指出在调控过程中出现政府角色定位混乱等问题,进而提出了强化土地供应管理,完善土地招拍挂制度等政策的系列建议。
The land policy since 2004 has been summed up, the analysis of their policy effect and effectiveness indicates that the land policy is timely and effective in China. But there are some negative sides in adjusted policies, for example, governmental social role is dim. In this paper, a series of suggestions about land policy are put forward.
