摘要：社会工作本质上是一种专业化的服务实践,实务性强是社会工作专业的一个显著特征,但是我国的社会工作研究对现实的回应性相当有限,因此造成了社会工作的"悬浮式发展"。从西方经验来看,转向实践的智慧启示了社会工作专业发展、知识成长与领域拓展的想象空间。实践智慧,是指通过实践与研究的双向互动过程而完成知识生产的一种方式,是内在于实践和反思性对话过程中的一种现实建构,在这一过程中实践的参与者和研究者共同完成了对经验的提炼和累积,以及理论的修正与完善。它启迪了社会工作研究的新转向和知识生产的新方法,而参与式行动研究与实践智慧的"功能同构"、"路径相合",就构成了社会工作实践研究以及实践智慧获得的新方法论。
Social work is essentially a professional service practice, the strong characteristics of practice is a significant feature of social work, but the response between the study of social work and the reality is quite limited, resulting in social work ＂Suspended Development＂. From the experience of the West, the wisdom of practice steered the professional development of social work, knowledge growth and field expansion. Practical Wisdom（PW） refers to a way of produ- cing knowledge through a two-way interaction between practice and research. It is a realistic con- struct in the process of practice and reflective dialogue. In this process, the participants and the researchers complete the refinement and accumulation of the experience together, and the correc- tion and improvement of the theories. The PW has enlightened the new turning of social work re- search and the new method of theories production. And the ＂functional isomorphism＂ and ＂path consistency＂ between the Participatory Action Research（PAR） and the PW, have made the PAR constitute the social work practice research and practical wisdom new methodology.
