摘要：高校青年教师是"全面工程教育(TEE)"理念在学校贯彻和落实的一支重要生力军。面对"全面工程教育"在工程实践、教学实践、国际视野、创新意识等方面提出的一系列挑战,本文就青年教师培养的现状及存在的主要问题进行了分析,并提出了相应对策。
The university young teachers are an important force in the implementation of ＂Total Engineering Education （TEE） ＂. Facing a series of challenges proposed by ＂TEE＂ in areas such as engineering practice, teaching practice, international vision, and innovative awareness, etc, this paper analyzes the present situation and the main problems of university young teachers, and proposes the corresponding countermeasures.
