摘要:为了探究不同柴油中流动改进剂使用效果差异明显的原因,研究了几种柴油正构烷烃分布的数理统计学数据和多种流动改进剂对其降冷滤点效果之间的关系,结果表明流动改进剂对正构烷烃分布方差小的柴油效果差。根据柴油组成复杂的特点,选择合适的理论描述液相和固相,并将正构烷烃以外的其他组分作为一个虚拟组分,建立和验证了描述柴油固相沉积的热力学模型。通过热力学模型计算得到了低温下柴油的析蜡量,认为方差小的柴油低温下的析蜡量比方差大的柴油多,较大的析蜡量使流动改进剂的效果变差。
Carbon number distributions of n-alkanes in diesels were used to reveal the variation in the performance of diesel flowing improver (DFI) in terms of the decrement of cold filter plugging point (ATcFPP). The DFI performs poorly for diesels with small variance of carbon number distribution. A thermo- dynamic model was established to describe the settling of n-alkanes by considering all the non-n-alkane components as a pseudocomponent, and the settling amount of n-alkanes at low temperatures was calculated. For diesels with small variation, settling amounts were higher, which lead to poorer performances of DFI.
