摘要：目的:采用挤出滚圆法制造中药药丸的新方法。方法:理论绘合图、表展示挤出滚圆法制造球形颗粒的原理、过程和设备,及用微晶纤维素及养胃一号、小柴胡、益母草等3种中药的造粒试验结果。结果:中药药丸的外观质量光滑、圆球度好、分散带小。
Objective: This paper introduces a method of extrusion spheronization to produce spherical pills for Chinese herbal medicine extractions. The principles, procedures, and equipments are described. The results of microcrystalline cellulose, Xiao Cai Hu, Leenurus Heterophyllus and No.1 stomach nourishing are analysed. They are all spheroidal with smooth surface. It has been proved that the extrusion spheronization is suitable to produce spherical pills for the herbal medicine extractions.
