摘要：综述了国内外对废轮胎热解油的分析和利用现状,总结了热解油的特点。根据热解油的性质和化学组成的分析结果,提出了废轮胎热解油的应用方案:由轻质馏分提取苯、甲苯、二甲苯、柠檬烯等具有高经济价值的化学品或经加氢精制后用作车用汽油;中质馏分经加氢精制脱除S、N后作柴油调和组分;重质馏分可作燃料油或焦炭的生产原料。
Researches on the characterization and the application of waste tyres pyrolysis oil at home and abroad were reviewed, and the properties of the pyrolysis oil were summarized. According to the physical properties and the chemical composition of the pyrolysis oil, the application scheme was proposed., the light distillate can be used as gasoline after hydrogenation to remove sulfur and nitrogen, used to derive benzene, toluene, xylene and limonene which are valuable chemical products; the middle distillate can be blended with diesel oil after hydrogenation to remove sulfur and nitrogen; the weight distillate can be utilized as fuel oil or as the material for coke production.
