摘要：用碱性蛋白酶水解牛颈部韧带弹性蛋白,酶促反应条件是:pH10,温度不高于45℃,尿素浓度0.37M,反应时间10~11h。经葡聚糖凝胶 G-50层析制得的弹性蛋白水解物平均分子量1000~5000,主要成分是酸性多肽。
A water-soluble elastin hydrolysate has been prepared from theneck ligaments of slaughtered cattles.The raw material was first subjected to anacid treatment,followed by enzymatic degradation with alkaline proteinase fromBacillus pumilus at pH 10 and finally by sephadex G-50 chromatography.Thehydrolysate having an average molecular weight of 1000-5000,is useful as a cos-metic ingredient.
