摘要：华东理工大学在实施"卓越工程师教育培养计划"的过程中,坚持"以学生为中心""产出为导向"和"质量持续改进"的理念指导,在培养方案制定、课程体系与内容改革、教育教学方法改革、加强工科师资队伍建设、加强校企合作等方面,对卓越工程师培养进行了有效的探索和实践,不断创新工程人才培养模式,取得了一定成效。
In the process of implementing Outstanding Engineers Education Training Plan （OEETP） ofECUST, we adhere to leading concept of ＂student centered＂, ＂Outcomes Based Education＂ and ＂continu-ous quality improvement＂. The main effective exploration and practice on cultivating outstanding engi-neers was put forward in five aspects respectively： the formulation of training program, the reformationof curriculum system and course contents, the reformation of teaching methods, strengthening the con-struction of engineering teaehing staff, strengthening university-enterprise cooperation, etc. We keep in-novating engineering talents training mode and have achieved certain progress
