摘要：NOVELTY - The method involves adding 0.01 to 0.5 percentage of developer with concentration of 0.002 to 2 ml buffer solution containing heavy metal ion, and measuring absorbance of a complex solution by a spectrophotometer. A concentration-absorbance standard curve is compared with a dawned standard absorption curve. A type and concentration of the heavy metal ion in a polluted water sample are determined and calculated. The buffer solution is selected from acetate/sodium acetate buffer or phosphate buffered saline (PBS) buffer or hexamethylenetetramine buffer solutions. USE - Field rapid detection method for determining heavy metal ion in water. ADVANTAGE - The method enables improving distinguishing function of the metal ions with similar oxidation-reduction potential by using a normal electrochemical process, conveniently realizing an online field rapid detection analysis of the heavy metal ion in the pollutant sample and avoiding influence to spectroscopic luminosity determination result from complex factors such as higher dull color in polluted water. The method allows providing determination result with high stability and better detection sensitivity of below 0.1 part per million (ppm). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The developer is selected from xylenol orange, alizarin red, rhodamine B and ethyl violet.
