摘要：NOVELTY - The device has an external heat-insulating layer (101) provided with an external heat separate layer. A phase change material box is provided with an outer wall (103), an inner wall (104) and a side wall. An internal supporting screw (107) is connected with a screw (108). The phase change material outer wall is connected with an internal insulating layer through the screw. An upper surface of the phase change material outer wall is provided with a phase change material filling port. The phase change material outside wall is connected with the inner wall. USE - Thermal control device. ADVANTAGE - The device avoids generation of environmental pollute and formation of noise and saves external energy sources, and has high stability, prolonged service life and low cost.
