摘要:提出了“甲醛虚拟饱和蒸汽压”的处理方法,用该法可不考虑甲醛与活性溶剂的化学反应平衡,仅用传统的活度系数模型,就可对所测数据进行关联,从而建立起含甲醛多活性溶剂组分系统汽液平衡的热力学模型。模型推算结果表明该法的计算值与文献值相近,与用Brandani模型的计算结果比较,精度相当。因此。
the method based on hypothetical saturation vapor pressure of formaldehyde was proposed for calculating the vapor liquid equilibria. According to this method, the chemical reactions of the formaldehyde with the active solvents can be ignored and the general models of activity coefficient was used to correlate the experiment results. So the thermodynamic model of the system containing formaldehyde was established. The results show that the calculating values are in good agreement with the literature values and its accuracy is in the same range as the Brandani model Therfore, the complexity in the model containing formaldehyde and the difficulty in the model calculation were eliminated by the hypothetical saturation vapor pressure of formaldehyde.
