摘要：A new polyketide, paraconthone A (1) was obtained from the fermentation culture of Paraconiothyrium sp., together with two known compounds (2-3). Their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic analyses, including 1D- and 2D-NMR experiments, HR-ESI-MS, ECD calculation and by comparison with reported data. Compounds 1 to 3 were evaluated for their cytotoxic, anti-inflammation and antimicrobial activities in vitro, and 1 to 3 showed weak anti-microbial activities.
