摘要:为探讨不锈钢材料高通量换热管的强化传热性能以及实现该类换热器的工程应用设计,文中给出了常用不锈钢高通量换热管内外表面的结构特征参数,并对该类换热管的传热性能进行了实验研究,结果表明:与光管相比,管内烧结表面的沸腾传热系数提高100%以上,管外纵槽表面的冷凝传热系数提高80%以上。采用Wilson图解法,对实验数据回归分析得到了不锈钢高通量换热管管外冷凝传热与管内沸腾传热的计算关联式,并完成了高通量再沸器的工程设计,设计结果表明比普通再沸器传热效率提高了51.3%,设备进行工业应用后运行良好,为该类型高通量换热器的工程设计提供了依据。
In order to discuss the enhanced heat transfer performance of stainless steel high-flux heat exchanger tubes and realize the engineering application design of such heat exchangers,the structural characteristics of the inner and outer surfaces of the commonly used stainless steel high-flux heat exchanger tube were given,and the heat transfer performance of this kind of heat exchange tube was studied experimentally.The results show that compared with the smooth tube,the boiling heat transfer coefficient of the sintered surface in the tube increases above 100%,and the condensation heat transfer coefficient on the surface of the longitudinal groove increases above 80%.Using the Wilson diagram method,the correlation between the condensation heat transfer outside the stainless steel high-flux heat exchange tube and the boiling heat transfer inside the tube was obtained based on the regression analysis of the experimental data,and the engineering design of high-flux reboiler was completed.It is found that the heat transfer efficiency of the heat exchanger is 51.3%higher than that of the ordinary heat exchanger.The equipment runs well after entering industrial application,which provides a basis for the design of this type of high-flux heat exchanger.
