摘要：在全球气候变化的背景下分析了沿海城市面临的巨大风暴潮灾害,并指出水岸公园在风暴潮灾害防御中所起到的重要作用。结合历史上纽约水岸的建设与变迁,总结纽约当前在面对气候变化威胁下的弹性水岸公园的建设策略,并以布鲁克林大桥公园为例。通过对其方案设计、运营维护模式的研究探讨纽约水岸公园的设计实践对我国弹性水岸公园建设的借鉴与启示。
The article analyses the severe storm surge that coastal cities experience by the influence of global climate change, and then points out the critical role waterfront parks are playing in storm surge mitigation. According to the historical construction and change of New York waterfront, the paper concludes the current resilient waterfront park construction strategies under the threat of climate change. Brooklyn Bridge Park is a successful case of resilient waterfront park in New York City. By interpreting its design and maintenance model, this article introduces New York City＇s resilient waterfront park strategies and outlines the inspiration it brings to the resilient waterfront park construction in China.
