摘要：NOVELTY - Combined dietary fiber tablet composition comprises 18.6 pts. wt. inulin, 46 pts. wt. highland barley flour, 6.9 pts. wt. hawthorn, 4.5 pts. wt. tangerine peel powder, 15.1 pts. wt. xylitol, 16.9 pts. wt. microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid and 0.8 pts. wt. magnesium stearate. USE - Used as combined dietary fiber tablet composition. ADVANTAGE - The tablet composition: has xylitol, which keeps the original Lactobacillus casei growth-promoting component, and provides sour and sweetness to tablet; has nutritional healthcare effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing combined dietary fiber tablet composition, comprising (i) taking highland barley flour, baking at 120 degrees C for 10 minutes, removing kernel from fresh hawthorn, taking fresh tangerine peel, cutting into strips, drying kernel removed of fresh hawthorn and fresh tangerine peel for 10 hours in a blast drying box at 70 degrees C for 8 hours, (ii) crushing dried hawthorn and tangerine peel in crusher respectively, sieving inulin, highland barley flour, hawthorn powder, orange peel powder, xylitol and microcrystalline cellulose through 80 meshes sieve, adding into sealing bag, (iii) mixing inulin, highland barley flour, hawthorn, tangerine peel powder, xylitol and microcrystalline cellulose uniformly, (iv) using spray bottle containing deionized water continuously spraying deionized water on dry material, while spraying, mixing uniformly by glass rod, where adding amount of deionized water is to wet material to achieve lightly into group and soft touch, (v) pouring resulting soft material into 20 meshes sieve, sieving slowly, paving the wet material in the flat vessel, (vi) placing the wet material in the blast drying box, drying at 50 degrees C for 40 minutes, turning once wet material for each 10 minutes to ensure the uniform drying, (vii) placing the dried the material into the 20 meshes sieve, adding magnesium stearate, uniformly mixing with dry particles, and (viii) precisely weighing product powder 0.5 g, pouring the powder into mold, manually operating single-punch tablet machine, tableting and molding.
