摘要：缺乏高效的人力资源管理机制是我国科技成果产业化率不高的一个重要原因。主要从人力资源管理角度分析我国科技成果产业化率低的原因 ,并借鉴国外经验 ,提出建立高效人力资源管理机制的对策和建议 ,以促进我国科技成果产业化。
One of the main reasons for low industrialization of Scientific and Technological Achievements in our country is the lack of efficient human resource management mechanism. In this article, we analyze the situation of low industrialization of scientific and technological achievements from the angles of human resource management, using the experience of other countries for reference. Advices on building efficient human resource managementare are proposed to promote Industrialization of Scientific and Technological Achievements.
