摘要：政府信息门户是直接为企业和公民提供服务的一个平台,也是政府优化和整合业务流程的一个平台,是电子政务的重要组成部分。建立了对我国省级政府信息门户进行评价的指标体系,对31个省、直辖市、自治区的政府信息门户建设情况进行了评价,并分析了影响我国政府信息门户建设的主要因素。
Government information portal is an important part of E-government. It is a platlorm for the government to provide services to the enterprise and the citizen, and also a platform to integrate and optimize the work flow of government, In this paper, the evaluation system of the provincial government portals is established, and 31 provinces are evaluated. Finally, the important factors in building the government information portal are analyzed
