摘要：作为高校招生及人才培养领域的一项制度创新,插班生招生已实施十余年。其实施状况及效果如何,这是各界普遍关注的问题。对插班生的问卷调查表明,该制度有效地满足了学生二次选择的需要,发挥了高校之间"立交桥"的功能。根据问卷调查结果,本文对进一步完善插班生招生制度提出了相关建议。
As an institutional innovation in university students enrollment and education field, transferred students system has been practiced for more than ten years. The implementation status and the effectiveness of the system is a common concern of the society. The questionnaire survey shows that the transferred students system effectively meets the need for ＂secondary choice＂ and plays the function of ＂over- pass＂ between universities. According to the survey results, some suggestions to improve the system are put forward.
