摘要:采用溶液法制备了苯乙烯-甲基丙烯酸钠(SMA-Na)离聚物,研究了其对聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)的结晶及熔融行为的影响。结果表明,SMA-Na是PET的优良成核剂,加入1%(质量分数,下同)的SMA-Na使PET的熔融结晶温度提高了17.9℃,冷结晶温度降低了17.3℃,显著提高了PET在高温区和低温区的结晶速度;加入离聚物SMA-Na,使得PET球晶变得更加细化完善。
Styrene-sodium methacrylate (SMA-Na) was synthesized via solution reaction. The effect of ionomer on crystallization and melting behavior of poly(ethylene terephthalate)(PET) was investigated. It showed that with the addition of 1 wt % SMA-Na, the meh crystallization temperature (Zmc) of PET increased 17. 9 ℃, and the cold crystallization temperature (Tcc) decreased 17. 3 ℃, both high and low temperature crystallization rates of PET were increased. The spherulites in PET/SMA-Na composites were more uniform than that in neat PET.
