摘要：本文从出口规模、出口结构、出口竞争力以及遭遇的贸易壁垒等多个方面,分析比较了中国水产品出口日韩市场的现状。研究结果表明:中国水产品对日本出口规模远大于对韩国的出口;中国对日本出口的水产品加工程度更高、出口分散度更高、出口结构更稳定,此外,中国水产品对韩国出口竞争力高于对日本;虽然中国水产品在日韩市场都遭遇到贸易壁垒,但是,在壁垒的种类和严重程度各有差异。本研究认为,应在中日韩自由贸易区建设背景下,有意识地推进水产品贸易便利化的进程、统一水产品质量技术检验检疫标准、建立有效的水产品信息交流平台等一系列措施,扩大中国水产品对日韩市场的出口。
This paper analyzes the scale,the structure,the competitive power as well as the trade barrier to find the difference on Chinese aquatic products exported to Japan and South Korea.These findings indicate that the scale of Chinese aquatic products exported to Japan is much bigger,the processing degree and the export disparity are both higher and the structure is more stable while exported to Japan.What's more,the competitiveness of export is better when the aquatic products are exported to Japan,compared with exported to South Korea.Although the Chinese aquatic products encounter some trade barriers in both Japan and South Korea markets,however,there exits some difference in the barrier type and the serious degree.We believed that,under the background of FTA construction,China,Japan and South Korea should consciously advance the convenience of the aquatic product trade,unify quality technology examination quarantine standard of the aquatic products,and establish effective aquatic product communication platform to expand the export of Chinese aquatic products to the Japan and South Korea markets.
