摘要:采用电化学的方法,以纯铅板电极为工作电极研究了季铵盐添加剂在电极表面的吸附作用规律,并在斯特恩-詹姆金电极表面双电层模型的基础上利用ψ1效应和体积效应解释了添加剂对草酸电还原反应的影响。结果表明季铵盐添加剂对草酸溶液的电还原反应的促进作用随着浓度的增大以及在烷基链较短时随着烷基碳原子数的增加而增大。两种效应的相对强弱与电极表面添加剂吸附量有关,当吸附量较小时,ψ1效应较强,反应速率随吸附量增大而增加;当吸附量较大时,阻化效应强,反应速率随吸附量增大而减缓。
The effect of tetraalkylammonium cations adsorption on the electroreduction of oxalic acid was studied with pure lead electrode and it was explained by the ~1 potential effect and spatial block effect based on the Stern-Grahame model theory. The results indicated that the motivation of tetraal- kylammonium additive on electroreduction of oxalic acid was increasing with the increase of the con- centration and adding of alkyl carbon atoms. The performance of above effects was related to adsorp- tion amount of electrode surface additive. When the adsorption amount was relatively small, the φl effect became stronger, and the reaction rate increased with increasing adsorption amount. While the adsorption amount was large, the inhibitory effect became stronger, and the reaction rate decreased with increasing adsorption amount.
