摘要：NOVELTY - The device has a triangular prism shaped containing cavity (30) encircled by a folded wall plate of a volute tongue, and small holes (50) penetrating into a wall plate arranged on a windward surface (10) of the folded wall plate, where diameter of each small hole is 0.3-1 mm. The folded wall plate is hermetically adhered with an imporous backwall plate (20) such that ends of the containing cavity are sealed, and airflow flows in or out of the containing cavity via the small holes on the windward surface. USE - Volute tongue device. ADVANTAGE - The device reduces pneumatic noise of the through-flow fan. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for reducing pneumatic noise of a through-flow fan.
