摘要：深入探究思想政治工作的依据、本质和方法等根本性问题,对于新时代全面落实立德树人根本任务、推动高校思想政治工作改革创新具有重要意义。笔者认为,促进人的全面发展是思想政治工作存在发展的终极依据;按意识形态的要求铸魂塑行是思想政治工作的本质,具有政治性、社会性、实践性和超越性等特征;把握时代要求、群体特征、根本规律、基本原则、主要手段和队伍建设,是实现思想政治工作价值目标、提升思想政治工作质量的基本方法。解决好这些根本性问题,是促进思想政治工作质量提升的前提和基础。
Exploring the basis, essence, methods and other fundamental issues of ideological and political work is of great importance to fulfill the task of building up morality and promote the reform of ideological and political work in colleges and universities. In ideological and political work, the gist lies in the promotion of holistic development of humans. Its essence focuses on the ＂ soul-and-shape modeling＂according to ideological requirements, which is featured with political, social, practical and transcendental characteristics. The basic paths to achieve its value and promote quality include the overall comprehension of era requirements, population characteristics, essential laws, basic principles, major approaches and team building. To solve the issues above is the premise of promoting ideological and political work.
