摘要:NOVELTY - Detection of xanthine involves mixing trisodium citrate solution and chloroauric acid solution, obtaining citrate-coated gold nanoparticles, diluting with ultra-pure water, adding sodium bisulfate solution, obtaining detection solution, preparing xanthine standard solution and sample solution with different concentrations, dripping test solution on a paper-based chip, drying, detecting red-green-blue color intensity of photo of the chip captured using phone-based software and calculating concentration of xanthine in the sample. USE - Detection of xanthine (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables rapid, simple, stable and economical detection of xanthine with high sensitivity, repeatability and selectivity.
