摘要:NOVELTY - Multifunctional magnetic nanoparticle comprises core-shell structure, where the core-shell structure comprises photodynamic drug, the core-shell structure is coated using mesoporous silica, the core-shell structure is modified using targeting agent and hydrophilic group, and the Brunauer, Emmett and Teller (BET) specific surface area of the nanoparticle is 600-800 m2/g. USE - The multifunctional magnetic nanoparticle is used in photodynamic therapy for treating tumor (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The multifunctional magnetic nanoparticle has excellent controllability with respect to tumor targeting effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for method for preparing the multifunctional magnetic nanoparticle, which involves (a) preparing magnetic nanoparticle, (b) using reverse microemulsion method coating the nanoparticle using silica, (c) modifying the resulting core-shell structure of nanoparticle using hydrophilic groups safe for human or animal and targeting agents, and (d) immersing the obtained nanoparticle in a solution containing photodynamic drug, and obtaining photodynamic drug loaded- nanoparticle.
