摘要:根据某些炼油厂常减压蒸馏装置减压塔顶、焦化装置蒸馏塔顶排水严重乳化,污水中硫、环烷酸、酚类含量高的特点,经研究合成及筛选出高效破乳剂分别注入减压塔顶和焦化分馏塔顶,取得了显著的破乳效果。减压塔顶加入 HSGA、I-B 破乳剂量为排水量的20~30ppm 时,其脱油率分别可达到98.50%和90.86%,有利于污水处理场双塔汽提操作,提高脱硫和脱氮率。它们对污水生化处理无不良影响,而能提高水质净化的合格率。
The overhead water streams from the vacuum tower of crude oil distilla-tion unit and the fractionator of the delayed coking unit are sometimes seve-rely emulsified and are with high sulfur,phenol and naphthenic acid conte-nts.Highly efficient demulsifying agents are synthesized,screened in labora-tory and tested by injection them into the tops of crude oil vacuum tower a-nd coker fractionator.With 20~30ppm of demulsifying agents HSGA or I-Badded into the water stream at the vacuum tower top,the deoiling rate rea-ches 98.50% or 90.86% respectively while the operation of two-tower strippi-ng of waste water is improved and the desulfurization rate and denitrogena-tion rate are enhanced.These demulsifying agents have no harmful effects towaste water biochemical treatment,but on the other hand,can make the tre-ated water to meet the requirements more easily.
