摘要：战略联盟系统是一个复杂系统。各种资源、信息和能量输入企业经过转换再输出各种产品、技术等,当企业间结成联盟时,他们相互作用形成超循环,共同推进战略联盟系统向功能更强、更适应外部环境的方向进化,从而获得更大的竞争优势。在超循环理论的指导下发展战略联盟应重视系统的开放力度,重视在广泛合作的基础上建立合理的竞争机制以及要善于利用突变等。
Strategic alliance system is a complex system. After forming strategic alliance among enterprises, they interact to form a hyper-cycle and advance strategic alliance system to obtain greater competition advantage. This paper indicates that to develop strategic alliance under the guidance of the hyper-cycle theory we should pay attention to several aspects: systematic opening extent, setting up rational competition mechanism on the extensive and cooperative bases, and utilizing sudden change etc.
