摘要：文章以华东理工大学工科学院为例,从教学过程监控及保障制度、教学准备、教学效果、教学检查及反馈四个方面调研了我校工科人才培养过程,并给出调研结果。最后结合学校工科人才培养的现状,提出改进措施。
Taking the case of the Engineering College of East China University of Science and Technology （ECUST）, the paper made an investigation and research on the training of engineering personnel of ECUST from four aspects： teaching process monitoring and guarantee system, teaching preparation, teaching effect, teaching inspection and feedback. Besides, the paper listed the findings and put forward improvements based on the status quo of the engineering personnel training of ECUST.
