摘要:在实验室焦炭燃烧试验装置中 ,研究了三种阴离子 Ac-、Cl-、NO-3 及碱金属 K+、碱土金属Ca2 + 、过渡金属 Cu2 + 三种具有代表性的阳离子对石油化工中焦炭燃烧性能的影响。通过不同烧焦阶段的电镜扫描照片及燃烧率测定 ,结果表明 :不同阴离子对焦炭的催化燃烧基本没有影响 ;各种类型阳离子均能加速焦炭的燃烧 ,但作用效果差别很大 ,K+作用效果最好 ,可以使烧焦速度加快80 % ,Ca2 + 次之 ,Cu2 + 在焦炭燃烧前期的催化燃烧效果十分显著 ,但后期效果不佳。可见 。
The effect of combustion property of the coke using three different anions Ac -, Cl -, NO - 3 and three type of function elements alkali K + , alkaline earth Ca 2+ and transition metal Cu 2+ ions was studied in a coke combustion reactor. From the electro scanner photos and the determination of combustion rate, the results showed that the functions of the three anions were almost the same. All of the three types of cations have positive functions in coke catalytic combustion. The best result was obtained by using alkali ion K + , the coke combustion speed was enhanced by 80%. The functions of alkaline earth Ca 2+ and transition metal Cu 2+ ions were inferior. A conclusion was reached that the function element was the key in the coke catalytic combustion.
