摘要：在分析发电企业设备维护外包特点的基础上,研究了发电企业设备维护外包的总体模式,建立了从目标、任务、信息和技术4个方面描述设备维护外包的体系结构,有助于发电企业设备维护外包的成功实施.
On the basis of analyzing the features of equipment maintenance outsourcing for power plant, the general pattern for this outsourcing is studied in the paper in detail. A system structure for this outsourcing is created from four respects as objective, task, information and theory and technology, which is helpful for power plants to outsource equipment maintenance successfully.
