摘要:主要研究用于印刷油墨的单组分溶剂型聚氨酯粘合剂,考查聚合物多元醇类型对树脂微观形态、机械性能以及印刷适应性和附着性等性能的影响。研究结果表明,聚酯型树脂的微相分离程度低于聚醚型,具有较好的机械性能、印刷适应性和附着性。
In this research work, one-component solvent-containing type polyurethane adhesives for printing inks were produced and studied. The effects of different types of polyol used in the preparation of polyurethane on the morphology, mechanical properties, printing adaptability and cohesion of inks were investigated. Results showed that the micro-phase separation degree of polyester PU resins was lower than that of polyether PU resins, and that the polyester PU resins had better mechanical properties, printing adaptability and cohesion properties.
