摘要:在φ100、φ200和φ400 mm 的搅拌釜中,测定了八种尺寸比例的螺带-螺旋桨的功率消耗,提出了如下功率消耗关系式: N_pRe=93.5(w/D)^(0.45)(c/D)^(-0.71)(p/D)^(-0.80)(d’/D)^(0.62)(h/D)^(1.0)该式适用于Re<150 的牛顿流体和假塑性流体。对牛顿流体或假塑性流体,当桨叶尺寸为w/D=0.15(或0.10)、p/D=0.77、d/D=0.96、d’/D=0.35和h/D=1.54时,其效率最高。此外,对桨叶的混合时间、放大效应及粘弹效应也作了研究。
The power consumption of eight combined ribbon-screw impellers with different dimensions were determined in three tanks with diameters of 100, 200 and 400 mm, respectively. A power consumption equation for Newtonian and pseudoplastic fluids for Reynolds number below 150 is established as follows:Np·Re=93.5 (w/D )0.45 ( c/D ) -0.71 ( p/D )-0.80 ( d'/D ) 0.82(h/D)1.0. The results show that the combined ribbon-screw impellers can improve the mixing quality of fluids near the shaft of impeller and is especially suitable for high viscosity fluids. The scale-up effect and the viscoelastic effect of the combined ribbon-screw impellers were also investigated.
