摘要:在16℃和32℃下,采用不同表面处理、不同质量分数的多壁碳纳米管(MWCNTs)填充聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)复合材料,在ISO 9352标准滚动磨损试验机上测定其钢轮滚动磨损率、连续滚动磨损钢轮表面温升变化和模拟磨粒磨损值。结果发现,在相同负载下,不同表面处理MWCNTs/PTFE复合材料的钢轮滚动磨损率比纯PTFE下明显减小,且MWCNTs/PTFE转移膜呈小面积点状形状,磨屑形态也有不同形态。通过观察磨屑照片、体视显微镜和扫描电镜(SEM)对MWCNTs/PTFE材料的钢轮滚动摩擦磨损和模拟磨粒磨损机理分析,推测MWCNTs填充后改变了材料的微观结构,从而导致了不同表面处理的MWCNTs/PTFE材料之间性能的差异。
By using rolling wear measuring appara were measured with the surface temperature changing abrasive wear rate of PTFE(Polytetrafluoroethylene) contents of MWCNTs at temperature of composite wear rate is smaller than that o changed to a small area of dotted pattern debris, stereomicroseope and scanning elec wear and simulated abrasive wear are carri PTFE filled with MWCNTs, which result tus, complied with I at the eontinuous rol filled with differen SO 9352, the rolling wear rates ling condition and the simulated t surfaces treated and different 16 ℃ and 32 ℃. Different surface treated MWCNTs/PTFE f neat PTFE, and MWCNTs / PTFE composite transfer film and wear debris pattern also changed. By observing the wear tron microscopy (SEM), the mechanism analysis of the rolling ed out, and proposed that the microstructure is changed when in the wear property change.
