摘要：习近平立德树人重要论述是习近平新时代教育观的集中表达,其生成的理论来源是马克思主义人学理论、中国共产党人的德育思想和中华优秀传统德育文化,现实逻辑是当今世界人才竞争日趋激烈客观要求做好人才培养工作、新时代人民群众对教育提出了更高要求、当前高校思想政治教育工作面临新挑战。其核心意蕴是立大德、公德和私德于一体,培养社会主义建设者与接班人、培养具有世界视野与中国情怀的时代新人,培养知识能力过硬并能为社会造福的有用之人。在践行路径上,要以学生需求为导向探索创新思政教育的方式方法,加强师德师风建设提升教师队伍思想政治素质,促进校园文化建设营造育人的良好环境氛围,构建思想政治工作全员、全过程、全方位育人大格局。
Xi Jinping’s Important Discussion of Cultivating People with Morality is a concentrated expression of Xi Jinping’s educational concept in the new era.The theoretical logic of its formation is the Marxist theory of humanism,the moral education thought of the Chinese Communists and the excellent traditional Chinese moral education culture.The realistic logic is that the competition for talents in the world is becoming more and more important.There are intense and objective demands to do a good job in talent training,the people in the new era have put forward higher requirements for education,and the current ideological and political education in colleges and universities is facing new challenges.The core implication is to integrate great morality,public morality and private morality,to cultivate socialist builders and successors,to cultivate newcomers with world vision and Chinese feelings,and to cultivate useful people with strong knowledge and ability who can benefit the society.In the practice path,it is necessary to explore innovative ways and methods of ideological and political education based on the needs of students,strengthen the construction of teachers’morality and style to improve the ideological and political quality of the teaching staff,improve the construction of campus culture,create a good environment for educating people,and build ideological and political education.Build a large pattern of ideological and political work for all staff,the whole process,and all-round education.
