摘要：文章论述了环境与发展综合决策的立法意义 ,重点探讨了如何建立环境与发展综合决策的法律法规 ,以期对今后建立。
The paper probes into the significance of the legalization of synthetic decision-making of environment and development, and puts forward some constructive ideas about how to egalize the synthetic decision-making of environment and development.The Authors hope to give some advisory meanings and directive functions to how to build the legal systems in the synthetic decision-making of the environment and development.
