摘要:对小冲杆试验测定金属材料的屈服强度σy 和抗拉强度σb 的方法、试样制备、结果分析以及试验影响因素等方面都作了完整的研究和分析。在试验的基础之上 ,得到了σy—Py 和σb—Pmax间的经验关系式 ,从而真正实现了将小冲杆试验技术推广到实际工程应用中去的目的。
The measurement method of yield and tensile toughness of metal materials by small punch test was studied. Besides, the specimen preparation, result analysis and experimental parameters were also discussed. On the basis of test, the experimental relations of σ y-P y and σ b-P max were got, which realized the application of small punch test from laboratory research to practical engineering project.
