摘要:NOVELTY - Carbonyl reductase is a protein that consist of 334 amino acid (SEQ ID NO: 2), , given in the specification, or comprises amino acid sequence (SEQ ID NO: 2) having substitution of one or more amino acids and improved catalytic activity. USE - Carbonyl reductase and used as catalyst in asymmetric reduction of latent chiral carbonyl compound (claimed), and used for preparing antifungal intermediate medicine. ADVANTAGE - The carbonyl reductase has high enzymatic reaction substrate concentration, mild reaction condition, high yield, high optical purity of product, eco-friendly and has good application prospect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) an isolated nucleic acid, which is a nucleic acid molecule that encodes carbonyl reductase; (2) a recombinant expression vector, which comprises the isolated nucleic acid; (3) a recombinant expression transformant, which comprises the recombinant expression vector; and (4) a method for producing a carbonyl reductase, which involves culturing a recombinant expression transformant, and then separating and extracting the carbonyl reductase from it.
