摘要：马克思当年提出的资本"文明化趋势"及其内在逻辑矛盾的命题,仍然可以有效地解释当代发展的逻辑和现实。既要充分发挥资本创造人类物质文明的巨大进步力量,也必须采取措施,克服资本的内在逻辑和矛盾。这一命题是理解当代中国发展问题的一个重要视角,其最大的启示就在于要通过法律制度安排、政府政策干预等方式,妥善处理好当代发展中的资本与劳动的关系,努力实现社会和谐。
The proposition of the trends of Marx＇s ＂capital of civilization＂ and its contradictions is still effective in explaining the logic of the contemporary development and the reality in China. It is necessary to give full play to the importance of capital in human tremendous material progress, meanwhile, it is also necessary to take measures in overcoming the inherent logic of capital and its contradictions. This proposition is an important perspective in understanding contemporary China, its greatest inspiration is to properly handle the contemporary development of the relations between capital and labor and to achieve social harmony through legal system and government policy intervention.
