摘要：慢性乙型肝炎病毒感染是一个全球性的健康问题,开发抗乙型肝炎病毒药物一直是个热点。本文通过检索相关医药文献,对近几年来此类药物作一比较和评价,尤其对核苷类药物的研究进展进行着重介绍。
Chronic hepatitis B virus （HBV） infection has become a globally healthy problem. The anti- hepatitis B agents have been hot topics worldwide. The comparison and evaluation of recent anti-HBV agents are made by searching related literature, and especially the progress of research on nucleoside analogues as novel anti-hepatitis B virus agents is reviewed.
