摘要:对具有一定程度损伤的管道,常规的结构有限元分析或实验模态分析得到的位移模态和固有频率难以有效反映管道的损伤状况。为了提高诊断的有效性及可靠性,采用结构损伤前、后的单元应变模态差作为管道损伤定位的识别指标。利用有限元分析软件Ansys对同一单元不同程度损伤、同程度多损伤的管道进行数值模拟分析,提取不同状况下的应变模态分别与正常状况下的应变模态进行差值分析。结果表明,应变模态差的方法能够较好地对管道的单损伤和多损伤位置进行识别。
For the damaged pipes, it is difficult to reflect the damage status with the displacement modes and natural frequency obtained from the traditional finite element method or the experimental modal analysis method. In order to improve the effectiveness and reliability of diagnosis, the element strain mode difference is proposed as the identifying criterion of the pipes′ damage location. The strain mode is got using the large general finite software Ansys through the numerical simulation analysis of the damage of different degree in the same element and the same degree in different elements. Compare the value of strain modal in different conditions and strain modal in normal condition to analysis the result. The result shows that the way of difference of strain mode could have a good identification about pipeline damage location.
