摘要:NOVELTY - Making silicon dioxide related core-shell structure catalyst, involves dispersing aqueous inorganic metal salt and oleic acid, into methanol; putting the mixture into high-pressure reaction kettle for crystallizing, cooling and filtering to obtain the nano particle, dissolving the mixture in n-hexane, adding a hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium bromide solution, ultrasound, then adding sodium hydroxide solution, stirring, adding ethyl orthosilicate; reacting at room temperature for 10-24 hours, centrifuging and washing, drying and calcining to obtain the final nano-catalyst. USE - For the preparation of MOxOSiO2 core-shell structure (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is simple; and is easy to realize industrial production. The catalyst used in method provides CO oxidation reaction, and it has low cost, high activity and high stability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of MOxOSiO2 core-shell structure catalyst, involves (a) taking 0.01-0.1 mol water-containing inorganic metal salt, and 2-10 ml oleic acid, and uniformly dispersing to 50-100 ml anhydrous methanol, stirring for 1 hour, and adding into the volume of 0.2-1 liter of a high-pressure reaction kettle, putting the kettle into drying box at 120-240 degrees C for 10-48 hours, and filtering, washing and drying to obtain a modified metal oxide nano particle MOx; (b) dissolving 0.5-1.5 g metal oxide nano-particle MOx into 20-50 ml n-hexane at room temperature, then adding 0.02-1M hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium bromide solution and 100 ml water, performing ultrasonic treatment for 20 minutes, adding 0.5-2M sodium hydroxide solution, stirring and adding the ethanol, adding 10 ml ethyl orthosilicate solution while stirring, where the ethyl orthosilicate content is 0.5-1.2 ml; and (c) under the room temperature, reacting for 10-24 hours, centrifuging, washing, drying and calcining to obtain the active component MOx as mother nucleus, and silicon dioxide (SiO2) as the shell layer of core-shell structure nano-catalyst MOxOSiO2, where in the step (a), the water-containing inorganic metal salt is selected from Mn(AC)2.9H2O, Fe(NO3)3.9H2O, Ce(AC)3.nH2O, Cu(NO3)3.3H2O, and CoAC.4H2O, and the metal oxide nano-particle MOx is selected from Mn3O4, Fe2O3, CeO2, Cu2O, and Co3O4, and in the MOx, the M is one of Mn, Fe, Ce, Cu, and Co.
