摘要:针对应力集中导致石油钻杆螺纹产生疲劳裂纹,进而发生断裂失效事故的问题,在API接头的基础上,研究开发了一种新型钻杆螺纹接头。该新型螺纹结构主要改进之处是内螺纹锥度保持1∶6不变,外螺纹锥度变为1∶6.23。有限元分析结果表明,这种螺纹形式显著改善了接头受力情况,使得螺纹应力分布更加均匀,并降低了主台肩过渡圆角处的应力集中。对样品的上扣试验结果表明,采用新型螺纹后,外螺纹接头主台肩底部的过渡圆角处应力集中情况也得到明显改善,接头整体受力分布和不同区域应力差更趋平缓,降低了螺纹前几牙及主台肩过渡圆角处的应力集中情况,可大大延长接头使用寿命。
Stress concentration causes fatigue cracks on tool joint thread and thus causes fracture failure. Considering the problem, a new type of tool joint thread was developed on the basis of API joint. The major improvement of the new thread structure is that the internal thread taper remains unchanged as 1 : 6 but the external thread taper changes into 1: 6.23. The finite element analysis shows that the thread form remarkably improves the force distribution of the joint to make the stress distribution on the thread more even and to decrease the stress concentration at the transitional fillet of the main shoulder. The experimental findings of the sample makeup show that when the new thread is adopted, the stress concentration at the transitional fillet at the bottom of the main shoulder of the external thread joint is improved remarkably. The difference between the whole force distribution of the joint and the stress in different zones becomes gentler, thus decreasing the stress concentration at the first teeth of the thread and the transitional fillet of the main shoulder and remarkably prolonging the service life of the tool joint.
