摘要:本文著重研究CM系列燃烧催化剂对芳烃、双烯烃、醛、酮、醇、翡、醚、沥青烟气等毒性较大,有刺激性、恶臭气体的治理。结果表明,对上述有机废气均有良好的净化效率,对浓度较高的废气,在治理的网时还可以回收能量。对CO、醛转化90%的温度为150—180℃,芳烃为260—280℃,沥青烟气[苯并(a)芘]为350—380℃;催化剂可耐700℃高温。
For the removal of various organic pollutants from industrial waste gases, a CM type series of combustion catalyst has been developed. It was shown that the conversion efficiency was excellent for the organic pollutants. The catalyst could also be used for the recovery of energy from highly concentrated waste gases.The series of catalysts was found to have low ignition temperature and to be resistant to thermal shock; the ignition temperature was 150-180℃ for carbon monoxide and aldehyde,260-280℃ for aromatics,350-380℃ for bituminous gases(BaP),and the temperature resistant to thermal shock was higher than 700℃.
