摘要:实验以H2O2产额和电导率变化量作为超声空化产额的表征方法,考察了超声频率、超声功率以及曝气供氧对纯水体系超声空化产额的影响。结果表明,在400kHz和120W以下范围内,纯水体系H2O2产额和电导率变化量随超声频率、超声功率的增加而逐渐增大,高频超声对空化产额的增强效应更为明显。曝气供氧能够明显增强纯水体系空化产额,超声辐照曝气系统电导率的增加量远大于单独曝气和单独超声辐照引起的电导率增加量数值的代数和。
The effects of ultrasonic frequencies, ultrasonic power and aeration oxygen supply on the ultrasonic cavitation yield in pure water system have been investigated when H2O2 production and conductivity variation are adopted to represent ultrasonic cavitation yield in the experiment. The results show that in the scope of 400 kHz and 120 W, both H2O2 production and conductivity variation are increased with the increase of ultrasonic frequency and ultrasonic power, and the enhanced effect of high ultrasonic frequency on the ultrasonic cavitation yield is more obvious. Aeration oxygen supply could enhance ultrasonic cavitation yield obviously. The increase of conductivity vari- ation of ultrasound system combined with aeration is much larger than the algebraic sum of conductivity variation of both individual aeration and individual ultrasound system.
