摘要: 采用分散聚合法制备了单分散三聚氰胺甲醛(MF)微球,考察了反应物摩尔比、pH值、分散剂、温度及反应时间等因素对生成MF微球粒径及其分布的影响,并对MF微球在盐酸中的溶解性进行了研究。实验结果表明:当MF交联度较低时,可以溶解于pH<1.7的盐酸,因此可用作逐层自组装制备空腔微球的模板。
Monodispersed melamine-formaldehyde (MF) microspheres were prepared by dispersion polymerization. The effective factors of MF microspheres by dispersion polymerization such as the molar ratio of reactants, pH value, stabilizer concentration, temperature and reaction time were investigated, and the dissolubility of MF microspheres in hydrochloric acid was also studied. Because weakly crosslinked MF microspheres can dissolve in the hydrochloric acid at pH<1.7, it can be used as the template to prepare hollow microspheres by the layer-by-layer self-assembly technique.
