摘要：华东理工大学国家精品课程发酵工程课程建立了"基础、综合、创新"三个层次的发酵工程实验体系。在多年的发酵工程实验教学中,我们形成了导向明确的实验设计、多层面互动的教学方法、多角度的综合评价体系和功能实用的实验教学辅助手段。本文从一线教学实践的角度予以总结,详述了发酵工程实验教学改革的具体措施和经验体会。
Fermentation Engineering, which is one of the National Excellent Course in East China Univer- sity of Science and Technology, is promoting the experimental system of three phases--＂basics, compre- hensives and innovation＂. A comprehensive assessment system and practical assistant teaching means are used in teaching after years of practice, which cover from experiment design to multi-level interactive teaching. The paper mainly introduces the measures we have taken in the reform and the experience we have obtained.
