摘要:以磷矿浮选后的尾矿为原料,为了从中回收钙镁制备糖醇钙镁螯合肥,进行了煅烧活化和浸出实验研究。考查了煅烧温度、煅烧时间、升温速率对磷尾矿煅烧活化的效果以及氯化铵与氧化钙的摩尔比、液固比、反应温度、反应时间、搅拌速率对钙镁浸出率的影响,结果表明:在煅烧温度为800℃、煅烧时间为4 h、升温速率为10℃/min的条件下,磷尾矿煅烧活化效果最好;浸出反应过程中,氯化铵优先与氧化钙反应,在氯化铵与氧化钙的摩尔比为9∶1、液固比为10∶1、反应温度为80℃、反应时间为60 min、搅拌速率为300 r/min的条件下,浸出获得的CaCl2质量分数为57.87%、MgCl2质量分数为77.12%。酸解液用作原料与甘露糖醇发生螯合反应,制得的糖醇钙镁螯合溶液可以作为土壤中量元素调节剂使用。
Using the tailings from flotation of phosphate rock as raw materials, the calcination & activation and leaching experiments were carried out to recover calcium and magnesium. The effects of calcination temperature, calcination time and heating rate on calcination & activation performance of phosphate tailings were investigated together with those of the molar amount of ammonium salt, liquid-solid ratio, reaction temperature, reaction time and stirring speed on the leaching rate of calcium and magnesium. The experimental results show that when the calcination temperature was 800 ℃, the calcination time was 4 h, the heating rate was 10 ℃/min, the best calcination & activation performance of phosphate tailings was achieved. During the leaching process, ammonium chloride preferentially reacted with calcium oxide at the molar ratio of 9∶1(NH4Cl to CaO), the liquid-solid ratio of 10∶1, the reaction temperature of 80 ℃, the reaction time of 60 min and the stirring speed of 300 r/min, 57.87% CaCl2 and 77.12% MgCl2 was achieved. The acidolysis liquid was used as raw material to chelate with mannitol for producing calcium-magnesium chelate solution to be applied in soil as a medium elements regulator.
