摘要:研究了叔胺N235从稀水溶液中萃取低分子量羧酸的行为和性质,考察了稀释剂、溶剂组成、温度等因素的影响,测定了液液平衡数据,得到了萃取等温线与McCabe-Thiele图,对初始浓度为0.5mol/1的稀羧酸,用20(v)%N235-1,1,2-三氯乙烷为溶剂,在298K,相比E/R=1时,经三级逆流萃取,其萃取率分别为:甲酸>99.5%,乙酸>90.0%,丙酸>99.8%。研究了萃取过程的机理,得到萃合比为1及其萃合物结构式。
The extraction and recovery of formic, acetic and propionic acid from dilute aqueous solution by Alamine N235 have been investigated and the results of bench studies summarized for the effect of dilution, composition of the solvent, and temperature of the extraction. The experimental results show that the proper composition of the solvent is 20(v)% Alamine N235-80(v)% 1,1, 2-trichloroethane. The extraction isotherms as well as McCabe-Thiele diagrams have been presented. The three-stage direct recovery of formic, acetic and propionic acid are higher than 99.5%, 99.0% and 99.8% respectively. A preliminary discussion of the extraction mechanism is also outlined.
