摘要:基于核函数技术的各种非线性数据处理方法近来得到了较大的应用和发展。首先分析了核函数方法的基本原理和特点,然后介绍了几种主要的核函数方法及其在过程控制中的应用。针对复杂工业过程的复杂性,提出了几种集成核函数方法。最后对核函数方法及其在过程控制中的进一步应用进行了展望。
Nonlinear data processing methods based on kernel trick had made great progress and are used gradually.First the principal characteristics of kernel-based methods are described.Some typical kernel-based methods and their applications to process control are introduced.Some integrated kernel-based methods are proposed to deal with the complicated characteristics of industrial process.Finally future research on kernel-based methods and applications of such methods to process control are suggested.
